第一眼看到這個攤子有點下一跳. 以為是賣蛇的. 細看才知魚肉被剖開成一條條的, 又沒切斷, 才變成這德性.
The first sight is frightening. I thought it was snake. It's actually dried fish, if looking at it closely.
高棉菜. 左上方的咖哩魚清淡, 味道不如印度或泰國咖哩口味重. 右方是菠菜馬鈴薯用少許蕃茄炒的, 左下方看來華麗的是 beef lok lak. 牛肉和洋蔥炒得很嫩, 配上一小碟蘸料是用黑胡椒, 鹽巴及檸檬汁調出來的. yummi... beef lok lak 應是受歡迎的一道高棉菜. 很多餐廳都有.
Colorful Khmer cuisin. Fish curry in bowl on top, it doesn't taste as strong as thai curry. Right side, an unusual combination of potato and spinach cooked in tomato sauce. Bottom left, beef dish "lok lak", its black pepper-salt-lemon sauce goes perfect with the slightly fried beef. yummi...
